A local to the DMV, Gabby began with The Dufour Collaborative as a production intern while finishing her senior year at The George Washington University. Now over 5 years later as Director, Brand + Strategy, Gabby is charged with communicating The Dufour Collaborative brand both externally to clients and vendors, and internally to the larger team. Having extensive experience managing clients as a project manager and producer for the agency, her understanding of the Dufour brand, process, and clientele have well prepared her to share its story and skill set with the world.

She is passionate about storytelling through events, and sharing how the Dufour guest experience centered approach drives each step in the planning and execution of projects. In addition to her focus on client success and business development, Gabby works in collaboration with her colleagues to expand its capacity and capabilities, constantly looking for ways to propel the agency forward with its brand values at each next step.
