An event professional with almost twenty years of hospitality experience in both restaurants and live events, Lauren-Michelle uses her creative eye and exceptional attention to detail to provide clients with visually stunning and logistically flawless events.

Before becoming an executive producer at Dufour, Lauren-Michelle worked for world-renowned luxury caterer, Wolfgang Puck Catering, at one of DC’s top museums. There she seized the opportunity to broaden her special event experience, actively coordinating technical specs, event logistics, guest flow, spatial layout, vendor acquisition, and overall design in addition to her catering duties. She has worked on a wide range of high-level corporate, government, and social events for a clientele including former presidents, c-suite executives, foreign dignitaries, global brands, media groups, political organizations, and professional sports teams.

Lauren-Michelle began with The Dufour Collaborative as a Senior Producer, managing a variety of non-profit and corporate clients including Netflix, Sundance Institute, Comcast, the White House Historical Association, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture. As Vice President, Creative Services + Standards, she ensures that both creative and technical standards are being met across the agency not only meeting client + partner expectations but exceeding them.
