Nate has more than 15 years of event production experience ranging across the live entertainment, television, corporate, political, and non-profit spaces. A proven leader, Nate brings his forward thinking and strategic vision across the agency both among projects and internal operations.
Prior to joining The Dufour Collaborative, Nate managed technical production in a 650,000 square foot museum in the heart of Washington, D.C., working with high profile clients including Sony Pictures, Google, Red Bull and Bloomberg. Upon joining Dufour as Technical Director, Nate was able to leverage key event technologies to enhance the on-site guest experience of each project. Having produced over 4,000 in-person and virtual events across his career, Nate is an expert in efficient project planning, creative design, contract negation, and managing budgets upwards of 10 million dollars.
Since becoming Chief Operating Officer, Nate has transformed the operations of the agency that have optimized internal planning, marketing, and financial processes across a growing team of producers, contractors, and vendor partners. When not managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, Nate maintains a small portfolio of clients including Concordia Summit, Library of Congress, Smithsonian Institution, and PJT Partners. Specializing in large scale public events and high touch summits + convenings, Nate is leading the hundreds of details and players that must be masterfully interwoven to execute events of such size, scale, and budget.
