Assignment

Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
This Policy and its validity, construction, enforcement, and interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without reference to choice of law rules. You agree that any action concerning the terms of this Policy, which are not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set forth above, shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of Arlington County, Virginia, USA, and you agree to accept service of process pursuant to the Virginia Rules and procedures.
