Dale is a dedicated manager with 10 years of experience in theatrical, office, and event management. Upon entering the industry in 2016, she worked with a major DC lighting design company supporting the management of a complex system of labor, equipment, and trucking scheduling. As Senior Manager, Finance + Operations, Dale supports the Chief Operations Officer in the day-to-day financial and operations procedures of The Dufour Collaborative. Additionally, she manages all in-office operations and on-site staff scheduling across the agency.
Dale is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in a timely and organized manner. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and natural problem-solving ability allow her to juggle many tasks at once and maintain orderly office operations.
